Bertha is a grumpy lunch room lady at John Adams High. She was the former nanny of the Gorbachev family. Upset at Cory and Shawn for getting Janitor Bud fired, she wrote "I hate you" on their hamburger buns. She appears in the episode "Truth and Consequences"
