Raju was a student in Feeny's citizenship class when Eric took over and proctored the test. He is probably from a country somewhere in the middle east or southern Asia. He says he was a nuclear physicist in his home country.
When playing Eric's game with a deck of cards, he drew an ace. He proceded to explain Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, which starred "funnyman Jim Carey".
In the end of "Torn Between Two Lovers (Feeling Like a Fool)" he recited the preamble to the consitituion with Svetlana and Minh
