Jennifer Crane was a neighbor of Eric, Jack, and Shawn that lived down the hall that lived in the same apartment as Lisa. Shawn hit on her as she walking by, lying that he was a student at Pennbrook University, and she asked him how he liked the school. Jennifer told him that she would save him a seat in Introduction to Western Philosophy the next day, as Shawn had been holding Jack's textbook for that class.
The next day, Jennifer saved him a seat in her philosopy class, and was impressed by Sean's talent with the topic.
