In recent days, both Amy and Alan seem to be overworked and losing interest in each other. This worries Cory and Eric to the point where the brothers feel that their parents' marriage is on the rocks. What puts the issue over the top is one particular weeknight that sees Amy attending a bowling match and Alan working late. After those plans are determined to be untrue, the boys get an important lesson in trusting your partner.
