WWII Alan is the 1940s version of Alan Matthews in No Guts, No Cory. He reenlists in the US Army after the Japanese attack Pearl Harbor and is the commander of the platoon that WWII Cory, WWII Shawn, and WWII Jack are part of.
After the war, he returns home without Cory, whom is believed dead. He attempts to convince WWII Amy to quit riveting, which she has continued to do to keep herself from believing Cory is dead.
